Adriana is a dedicated chiropractor who earned her Master’s degree in Chiropractic from the University of South Wales in 2021. Since graduating, she has practiced in Birmingham, treating a wide variety of conditions and caring for individuals of all ages.

Adriana first became interested in Chiropractic when her Dad suffered from bad low back pain which led him to equilibrium where he received treatment from Anna and had life changing benefits.

Passionate about continual growth, she has completed additional training in a range of specialised techniques, including the Webster technique which helps providing care for pregnancy-related issues.

Adriana primarily uses diversified technique which she supports with sports taping, soft tissue work and rehab advice. She is also trained in Webster technique, which is sometimes sought out by pregnant women.

Anna graduated from the University of Glamorgan Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in 2002. She then completed a Post-graduate Diploma in Chiropractic. She offers a wide range of therapeutic approaches and a selection of Chiropractic techniques (including NSA - Network Spinal Analysis and SOT- Sacro-ocipital Technique, diversified, sports-taping, dry needling, soft tissue techniques etc ). She has maintained her professional development with regular updates to her education. She has a special interest in treating sports participants. Anna is registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC) and is a member of the Scottish Chiropractic Association (SCA) and the prestigious College of Chiropractors. Anna is also a graduate of the International Academy of Veterinary Chiropractic and recently completed a Professional Diploma in Animal Chiropractic.

Zayn Nasir joined us in August 2024. He is a versatile chiropractor with a interesting route into the profession. His passion for chiropractic care sparked when he injured himself playing football for Birmingham City FC, and sought help from a chiropractor.

He is fully registered with the General Chiropractic Council and a member of the British Chiropractic Association.

He is a proud graduate of Mctimoney Chiropractic college in Oxford. He brings an understanding of the body’s mechanics and holistic healing. He can offer McTimoney technique - “no crack chiropractic” - but also offers the more broad chiropractic treatment methods - diversified and SOT are both in his tool kit. He also uses muscle testing to aid his diagnosis.

Emma is a sports massage therapist with a passion for helping people move better, recover faster, and feel their best. She provides sports massage, cupping therapy, pregnancy massage, lymphatic drainage, and passive stretching, tailoring each treatment to your individual needs.

Emma’s journey started as an equine massage therapist. She once treated a horse that never stayed well for long, until she realised the real issue was the rider. That experience sparked her fascination with the human body and biomechanics, and inspired her to train in sports massage to help both horse and rider.

Today, she uses her skills to ease pain, improve mobility, and support people in returning to the activities they love.

Ellie first became interested in chiropractic after receiving treatment from Anna as a teenager! She was suffering from chronic back pain and whiplash following a road traffic accident. She had lower back pain and neck pain with headaches that no amount of stretching or painkillers could get on top of. A couple of sessions later and feeling much better, an idea was born; Ellie decided this was the career she wanted to pursue. Upon graduation Ellie was fortunate enough to be offered an Associate position at an award-winning teaching clinic in Aberdeenshire. The owner of the clinic had a special interest in pregnancy and paediatrics and in fact taught many courses on these subjects. Ellie was able to gain valuable experience in treating many people, not just the pregnant and paediatric populations. She has seen a variety of people, ages and conditions. Her youngest patient was 2 days old with her eldest being 92 years! She has since completed a further degree gaining a Masters in Paediatric Musculoskeletal Health and graduating with a distinction. Ellie is excited to be back to her home county, treating and getting to know the local community. We are absolutely delighted to welcome her back to where her journey started.
